Abstract:
The study aimed to identify psychological stress and its relationship to job satisfaction among a sample of female employees at Taif University. The researcher used the descriptive approach, and chose the research sample using a simple random sampling method, which amounted to (206) female employees.
The researcher applied the psychological stress scale and the job satisfaction scale, and the results concluded that there is a relationship There is a positive direct correlation between the level of psychological stress and job satisfaction among a sample of female employees at Taif University. The results also showed that there are statistically significant differences in the level of psychological stress and the level of job satisfaction among a sample of female employees at Taif University due to the variable of professional experience. The results also showed that there are no significant differences. Statistics on the level of psychological stress and the level of job satisfaction among a sample of female employees at Taif University due to the academic qualification variable.
